Detectives investigation into the fire, can the four and grandmother in the hopes of a call for television killed helping to catch the killer.
Alana Mian and Hameeda Begum, 71, died during the rescue from the fire at his home in Little Holme Walk, Bolton, 23 June 2008.
Greater Manchester Police, the community is the key to catching those responsible.
The reconstruction was broadcast on BBC Crime Watch on Wednesday evening.
Alana’s mother, Saima Mian and firefighter Steve Morris, have been seriously injured in the fire, but were discharged from the hospital.
Mr. Morris is recovering from severe burns to his home in Chorley, Lancashire.
Forensic examinations of the scene revealed the fire in a dumpster in front of the property.
Although four people have been charged with intimidation of witnesses during the police investigation, nobody has been prosecuted for the deaths.
Det Ch Insp Jeff McMahon said: This terrible fire has left an indelible mark on the family, community and emergency services, leaving those with him.
We firmly believe that the answers will help us to become the murderer found near tight-knit community.
We hope that, once again, to tell this tragic story, the community can come together and help provide this important information to the perpetrators immediately.
I know it’s been much speculation in the community, and I’m sure there are people who know what happened that night and have not yet spoken to police.
